Each beautifully situated within their shared 1.91 acres of great trees, lawns and flower gardens, stones, and walkways; and a meadow that welcomes returning ducks each Spring. A romantic property made livable for the 21st century, the original 19th century farmhouse is a treasure trove of original details, modern art, and furniture pieces. In the main house you will find three upstairs bedrooms: one with one king, one with two twins and one with one double bed with ceiling fans, regular fans, and those beautiful Cape Cod breezes. On the main level you will find a large, fireplaced living room, library and beautiful "eat in" kitchen and more ceiling fans and regular fans. Beyond the kitchen, on the back of the house there is a wraparound screened in porch, which overlooks conservation land and a serene landscape. The screened in porch comes complete with quality outside furnishings and there is a charcoal grill just outside the porch door. Across the yard you will find the separate guesthouse offering a large open "great room" which includes a long, slate table with seating for ten, complete kitchen and full bath and for additional sleeping you will find a double sized pull-out, sleeper sofa. Upstairs, in the beautifully decorated loft area, you will find two twins and one queen bed. There are regular fans and two ceiling fans in this guest barn. House: 2 Full Baths and 1 Half Bath. Guest House: 1 Full Bathroom. Come and make memories at this special property that guests come back to every year!
